the story: two young men, returning home one night, discover the new vw beetle and want to "borrow" the car.
at first, the two men don't notice that it isn'T them driving the beetle, but the beetle itself that has decided to take
a little 'test drive' with them! in the end, the beetle delivers the two men back to where they started.
the materia, originally shot for a three-minute clip, was later transformed into three stand-alone tv commercials
with three new slogans.

1. during the night, the men discover the beetle and 'kidnap' it. slogan: wanted drivers
2. it turns out that the beetle is taking the two men for a ride (and overtakes a posing pontiac): slogan: unbeetleable
3. the beetle drives the two men home again and parks itself back in its original spot: slogan: what drives you
